Your sexual health can affect your overall health.  If you are sexually active, it is important that you get tested for Sexually Transmitted Infections (STI’s) also called Sexually Transmitted Diseases (STD’s.) 

If you are concerned that you may have an STI, we are here to help with free STI testing services.

Crossroads offers STI screening for the two most prevalent STIs in our geographical area (gonorrhea and chlamydia). We work in collaboration with the Health Department and local providers for treatment and refer our patients to them for additional STI screening when needed.

Our STI screening is a two-step process.

Your first appointment will involve:

• A medical history intake
• The actual STI screening (urine testing may be utilized)

Your second appointment will involve:

• A medical consultation to give test results and follow-up information
• Referrals for the testing of your partner and treatment if necessary.

STI symptoms are not always obvious and the only way to find out for sure if you have an STI is to get tested!
